At the Krewe of Pyros, our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our custom-made merchandise. Each item is crafted uniquely, and while we are committed to quality, this policy reflects the one-of-a-kind nature of custom products and ensures fairness in the refund and return process.
Eligibility
We strive to resolve issues promptly and fairly. Refunds and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error in customization caused by us, we offer to exchange the item.

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customer Dissatisfaction with Non-Faulty Items

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for custom items in cases where a customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the design, unless a manufacturing defect or error is identified.

This enables us to maintain the integrity of the custom production process.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

Products marked as "Final Sale."

Initiating a Return/Exchange
To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

If your request is approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Return Conditions
When returning an item due to damage or defects, the following conditions apply:
